Nitin Patel

Nitin Patel has extensive experience in technology leadership, currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer and SVP of Engineering & IT Infrastructure at Toluna since July 2009. In this role, Nitin is responsible for global Engineering and IT Infrastructure for an internet market research firm operating in over 40 countries, providing architectural vision and design guidelines for the corporate product portfolio. Prior to Toluna, Nitin held various engineering leadership positions at Greenfield Online, where responsibilities included building a team to develop a next-generation market research platform, and at JDA Software, where management of a team focused on Promotion Management Software for major retail clients was key. Nitin's earlier career includes significant software engineering roles at notable companies such as Engage, Tiburon Networks, and Digital Equipment Corporation. Nitin holds a BS in Computer Engineering from Northeastern University and is pursuing graduate studies in Software Engineering at Boston University.
