Jennifer Rachford is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in franchise development, hospitality, and library services. Currently serving as the Franchise Development Coordinator at GSR Brands since September 2017, Jennifer supports the development and growth of brands such as Gold Star Chili and Tom + Chee. As a Co-Founder of Tom + Chee, started in December 2009, Jennifer has played a pivotal role in various areas including HR, real estate, site selection analysis, and franchise sales. Jennifer's background also includes positions at the Public Library of Cincinnati and Hamilton County, where responsibilities ranged from materials processing to customer assistance, as well as bartending and training at Palomino.
