Nathalie Berger Duquene currently serves as SVP Global General Manager for Balmain Beauté at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. since July 2022 and as Senior Vice President Global Marketing for Tom Ford Beauty since October 2020. With extensive experience in the beauty industry, Nathalie held various leadership roles at L'Oréal, including Directrice Générale Affaire Parfums France and Directrice Marketing Internationale Maquillage Lancôme, where strategic planning and international marketing were key focuses. Nathalie's career began at Guerlain, where roles included managing a flagship store and leading marketing projects. Nathalie holds a degree from ESSEC Business School, completed between 1994 and 1997.
