Aga van Baren

Aga van Baren has extensive experience in human resources, holding key positions at Tom from December 2021 to November 2023, including Head of People Products, Senior HR Product Manager, and Senior Human Resources Business Partner. Previous experience includes a role as HR Business Partner at CEVA Logistics, where responsibility was to work closely with business leaders to achieve organizational objectives, alongside various roles in HR, including HR Officer and HR Assistant. Aga's academic background includes a Master's degree in Human Resources Studies from Tilburg University and a BA(Hons) in Tourism Management and Human Resource Management from Edinburgh Napier University.
