Heather Siddle Kinney

Heather Siddle Kinney has an extensive work experience in the legal field. Heather began their career as an intern and office assistant at the Clarke-County Public Defender's Office, where they interviewed clients, managed paperwork, and court filings. Heather later worked as a legal intern at Reliance Bank, assisting the General Counsel with legal research and handling legal matters associated with the banking industry.

Heather then gained experience as a legal intern at Catholic Legal Assistance Ministry, managing multiple cases, shadowing a family law judge, and conducting client interviews and case work. Heather also worked as a case assistant at Keefe & Brodie, assisting an attorney in managing virtual evidence and participating in the discovery process of a family law case.

After obtaining their law degree, Heather worked as an associate attorney at Jenkins & Kling, P.C., specializing in general corporate, real estate, banking, land use, zoning, and creditors' rights and bankruptcy law. Heather then joined Blake Law Group PC as an associate attorney, representing individuals and businesses in various legal matters, including family law, estates and trusts, real estate law, and general practice.

Heather later established their own law practice as a solo practitioner under the name Heather Siddle, Esq. Heather represented clients in the greater St. Louis metro area, handling various legal issues, including business/corporate law, contract review, family law, estate planning, criminal law, and general civil litigation.

Prior to their current role, Heather worked as an attorney at Hesse Martone, P.C., specializing in labor and employment law. Their responsibilities included contract negotiations and drafting, non-compete agreements, separation and severance agreements, employment-related litigation, and compliance with state-specific employment provisions.

Currently, Heather serves as the Corporate Counsel and HR Director at Tom Lange Company, Inc. Their duties involve providing legal advice and guidance to company leadership, managing litigation, drafting and reviewing contracts and agreements, and ensuring compliance with legal and risk-management issues.

Throughout their career, Heather Siddle Kinney has developed a diverse skill set and gained experience in various areas of the law, making their a highly capable professional in the legal field.

Heather Siddle Kinney obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice and Sociology from The University of Georgia, where they studied from 2003 to 2007. Following this, they pursued further education at the Saint Louis University School of Law, earning a Juris Doctorate degree in Employment and Labor Law. Heather attended this law school from 2008 to 2011.
