Sergey Kondakov

Sergey Kondakov has extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries, particularly in retail and management. Currently, Sergey serves as the Managing Director for Russia and the CIS at TOM TAILOR GROUP since July 2018. Prior to this, Sergey held significant positions at Quiksilver Group, including Head of Global Retail and Emerging Markets and General Manager for Emerging Markets. Additional experience includes serving as General Manager for different regions at Quiksilver and General Manager at Reebok Russia. Sergey began a career in management at Rosinter Restaurants, LLC as Regional Director. Sergey has pursued advanced education, obtaining degrees from prestigious institutions such as MIT Sloan School of Management, INSEAD, and the Stockholm School of Economics.
