Anne B. Frøseth Isachsen

Anne B. Frøseth Isachsen is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as a member of the board at Tomagruppen since June 2021, Anne has held the position of Vice President of HR for the Marine Division at Alfa Laval since January 2016. Previous experience includes roles as Head of HR at Framo, HR Advisor at HR Visjon AS, and multiple senior HR positions at CGG, where responsibilities spanned across Northern Europe and Sub-Saharan Africa. Anne's HR career began as an HR Consultant at TV2 AS and as HR Manager at Stena Drilling Ltd. Anne holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from BI Norwegian Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Western Norway University of Applied Sciences, along with additional coaching studies at BI Norwegian Business School.
