Melissa Duoss

Melissa Duoss, PharmD has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical field, starting as a Pharmacy Technician at Kealey Pharmacy in 2008. Melissa later worked at Morton Pharmacy and Mercy Health System as a Certified Pharmacy Technician before becoming a Clinical Pharmacist at Tomah Health in May 2015. In their current role, Melissa is responsible for various tasks such as developing the Antimicrobial Stewardship Program, medication reconciliation, medication orders management, patient care rounds, monitoring therapy, patient education, drug information, and dosing to ensure safe and effective medication therapy for patients.
