Mark B. Moffett, PhD

Mark B. Moffett, PhD has a diverse work experience. Mark B. is currently working as a Systems Engineer at Tomahawk Robotics since October 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Chief of Reliability, Safety, and Quality Control at SpaceWave LLC starting in May 2020. Before that, Mark worked as a Summer Intern at IHMC from May 2017 to August 2017. During their internship, they designed and developed a hydraulic test stand for Grasshopper, an exercise device for NASA astronauts on the ISS. Mark B. also conducted tours and hosted STEM education events.

Mark B. Moffett, PhD, obtained their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Florida Institute of Technology in the years 2017 to 2021. Prior to this, they completed their Master of Science (MS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the same institution during the years 2015 to 2017. Mark's educational journey commenced at The University of Toledo, where they pursued their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from 2009 to 2013.
