Mr. Rosenberg is a retired special agent with combined service in law enforcement and emergency medicine.
Mr. Rosenberg spent 20 years in federal law enforcement as a special agent with the US Secret Service (USSS), Food and Drug Administration, and Homeland Security Investigations (HSI). Mr. Rosenberg has conducted numerous transnational violent criminal enterprise investigations encompassing street gangs, human smuggling and trafficking, narcotics and firearms trafficking, counterterrorism, and fraud. With 15 years of experience in the federal tactical environment, Mr. Rosenberg was a member of the USSS’s Counter Assault Team and team leader for HSI’s National Capitol Region, Special Response Team. Mr. Rosenberg was also assigned to the USSS’s Presidential and Vice-Presidential Protective Divisions and countersurveillance unit. As an educator for HSI, Mr. Rosenberg spent ten years training agents in weapons proficiency and entry tactics.
Additionally, Mr. Rosenberg accrued 20 years of emergency services experience as a nationally registered emergency medical technician-paramedic. His clinical experience includes conducting prehospital emergency medical care and special rescue operations in urban and rural areas of Pennsylvania, Maryland, Virginia, and overseas.
Mr. Rosenberg is a graduate of Penn State University (BS) and Philadelphia University (MBA).
