Gavin Jones

Gavin Jones is a Test Analyst at tombola since July 2021, specializing in player account management and onboarding, with experience in end-to-end testing for Bingo across web, mobile, and app platforms. Prior to this, Gavin worked as a Software Test Analyst at Red Bear for a brief period in 2021 and served in various roles at RWE npower from April 2001 to April 2021, including Senior Test Analyst and EPI-USE Analyst. In these positions, Gavin was involved in transferring customer data, monitoring systems, and facilitating SAP implementation within the business while demonstrating in-depth knowledge of HPQC, SAP, and CRM systems. Gavin's educational background includes a GNVQ in Information Technology from Newcastle College and seven GCSEs from Ryton Comprehensive School.
