Paul Bird has extensive experience in information security and cyber security, currently serving as Head of InfoSec IT Services & DPO at tombola since April 2018. Prior roles include Cyber Security Consultant at Capita and Information Security Manager for UK & Ireland at Sage. Paul Bird also held the position of Information Security Governance Controller for Africa, Middle East, India & Europe at Nissan Motor Corporation and served as Senior IM&T Auditor at NHS. Earlier in the career, Paul Bird worked as an Information Security Analyst at Virgin Money. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree from Northumbria University and an MSc from the University of Sunderland, with earlier education at Durham School.
