As the Co-Founder and Managing Director of TomCat Ventures since August 2018 and the Grüderich Family Office since July 2016, Catrin has cultivated a focus on sustainable business development and personal reflection on life choices. Catrin previously held significant roles at upday for Samsung, including Head of People & Culture and Head of Operations, where responsibilities spanned HR management and project coordination. Earlier career experience includes serving as Senior Project Manager for Strategic Product Development and Senior Business Manager at Axel Springer SE, contributing to various innovative media projects. Catrin holds a Bachelor Professional of Media Management and a degree in audiovisual media.
