Shlomo Zalta

Shlomo Zalta has extensive work experience in various fields. In 2013, they began their career in the Israel Defense Forces as a Deputy Company Commander, where they served for four years until 2017. Following their military service, they worked at the Yatir Winery for a brief period in 2017. In 2018, they joined The Jewish Agency for Israel as a Program Counselor, where they educated young Jews in the Diaspora about Israel and the Jewish Nation through the Zionist Seminar program. In 2019, they worked as a Field Technician at Research and Development Shomron for eight months. From 2020 to 2021, they were a Field Technician at Canonic. Shlomo then transitioned to working as an Agronomist and IPM Manager at BOL Pharma from 2021 to 2023. Currently, they are the Operations Project Manager at Tomgrow, starting in April 2023.

Shlomo Zalta completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev from 2022 to 2023. Prior to that, they pursued their studies at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem's Robert H. Smith Faculty of Agriculture, Food, and Environment. From 2019 to 2021, they focused on plant science and agriculture during their time at the institution.
