Alec Kaplan is an experienced Oracle DBA with a robust career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the focal point for database issues at TOMIA since January 2019, Alec has also held similar roles at Starhome MACH and its predecessor, Starhome. Prior experience includes providing technical support at Precise, focusing on database performance tuning, as well as a significant tenure at Amdocs, where contributions included CRM engineering and working within the DBA team for performance tuning. Alec's foundational skills also extend to COBOL programming across various complex projects. Education includes completion of an Oracle DBA course at John Bryce from 2011 to 2012.
