Olga Tsoy

Olga Tsoy BEc Assoc CIPD is an accomplished HR and marketing professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Head of People & Marketing at Tomini since August 2022, Olga previously held the position of Group HR & Communications Manager. Prior to this, Olga was the Human Resources Manager at BSH Walls and Floors from September 2021 to August 2022. Olga's prior experience includes a strategic role at BDO as Manager - Talent & Culture, focusing on corporate culture and employee engagement, responsible for a team of 200 staff across multiple UAE offices. Additionally, Olga served as Human Resources Manager - MENA at Sweett Group from December 2009 to October 2016, managing HR operations for over 100 staff across five regional offices in the Middle East and North Africa. Educational qualifications include a Certificate in HR Practice from CIPD and a Bachelor’s degree in World Economy and International Economic Relations from Tashkent State Institute of Oriental Studies.
