Mareike Zimmer

Mareike Zimmer is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and organizational development. Currently serving as the Global Head of People & Organisation at CREMER ERZKONTOR GmbH & Co. KG since June 2022, Mareike has held various leadership positions, including Global Head of People & Culture and Team Lead HR Projects & HR Development at HPM Die Handwerksgruppe. An academic contributor, Mareike has been a tutor and lecturer for Change Management at Euro-FH Europäische Fernhochschule Hamburg since 2013. Previous roles include HR leadership and consultancy positions at notable organizations such as Evotec, Eppendorf Group, and Dräger.
