Before transitioning to real estate, Karrie was the Director of Sales at Everest Recruiting, overseeing sales efforts in Greater Tampa Bay and Central Markets, where strategic planning and client relationship management were key responsibilities. Karrie founded Inspired Staffing Solutions in February 2011 and served as President until September 2022, where efforts included business development, strategic planning, and team management.
