Jennifer Spoljaric

Jennifer Spoljaric has extensive experience in supply chain, sustainability, and sourcing within the fashion industry. Currently serving as EVP Supply Chain & Sustainability at Tommy Bahama since August 1999, Jennifer has held various leadership roles in the company, including EVP Sourcing, Production & Sustainability, and SVP Sourcing & Production. Prior experiences include a senior designer position at Eddie Bauer and a creative design role at Ralph Lauren, where Jennifer directed products for the Polo Sportswear and Double RL divisions. With a strong educational background that includes an MBA in Management & Marketing from the UW Foster School of Business, Jennifer also completed an Executive Development Program at the same institution and studied at the Fashion Institute of Technology.
