Keith Weiss

Keith Weiss is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in program management and transformation initiatives. Currently serving as Senior Director of Program Management at Tommy Bahama since August 2022, Weiss previously held the position of Principal Program Manager at Amazon from February 2017 to August 2022, where significant contributions were made to the enterprise-wide business intelligence transformation and strategic product initiatives within FinTech. With a background that includes leadership roles at Unify Consulting, PwC, and other notable organizations, Weiss has facilitated change management and technology adoption across various sectors, demonstrating a robust ability in executing complex programs on time and within budget.
