Erik van der Plas is an experienced entrepreneur and manager with a diverse background in founding and managing various businesses. Currently, Erik serves as the Founder of TommyTomato, specializing in encouraging children in the Netherlands to eat more vegetables. Prior to this role, Erik founded RestaurantKaart, which provides affordable dining options at popular restaurants, and co-founded VOCmanchetknoop.nl, a unique cufflink business. Erik has also held significant positions at Pon Automotive as a Service Development Manager and Category Manager, overseeing after-sales services for major automotive brands. With a strong foundation in project management and leadership development gained through roles at GVB, ORMIT, and ABN AMRO, Erik holds multiple degrees in management and law from prestigious universities.
