Jordi Starken

Jordi Starken currently serves as Manager of Operations at TommyTomato since February 2021, overseeing multiple locations in Haarlem and Utrecht. Starken's academic background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Nutrition and Dietetics from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences and certification as a personal trainer from the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Prior to working at TommyTomato, Starken operated a catering business and held positions as a chef at Orangerie Elswout and a culinary coach at De Kookfabriek BV. Additionally, Starken worked as a personal trainer at Sportcentrum Velserbroek and as a developmental coach at Mise en Place. A thesis was completed on improving school lunch consumption among children, focusing on energy intake, macronutrients, and vegetable servings.
