Eric Ho

Eric Ho is the current Vice President of Finance at Tomo. Prior to this, they were with Forward Financing from October 2018 to July 2020 where they served as Vice President of Operations. In this role, Eric was responsible for growing and institutionalizing Forward Financing's funding operations, which included prequalification of applications, underwriting, and collections.

Before Forward Financing, Eric worked with Marathon Equipment / Tuck Global Consultancy from November 2009 to December 2009 on the development of an entry strategy into Eastern Europe. This involved interviewing local regulators, suppliers and customers within Slovakia’s waste management industry to identify potential market entry and partnership opportunities for the client. Eric also developed and presented a “total waste management” solution for Eastern Europe to senior members of the client.

From July 2010 to October 2018, Eric worked as a Vice President at Goldman Sachs. Prior to this role, they were a Summer Associate at Goldman Sachs from June 2009 to August 2009. Before Goldman Sachs, Eric worked as a Senior Associate at Mercer from July 2002 to June 2008.

Eric Ho attended the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, where they earned an MBA in General Management. Prior to that, they earned a B.S. in Molecular, Cell and Developmental Biology from the University of California, Los Angeles.
