Leonard Loo

Leonard Loo is an accomplished AI Engineer with extensive experience in developing innovative AI solutions across various companies. Currently employed at Tomoro since September 2025, Leonard previously worked at ByteDance, where responsibilities included enhancing large language models for sentiment analysis, content moderation, multilingual translation, and named entity recognition, as well as vision-language models for KYC and OCR applications. At Grab, Leonard led projects involving audio processing and content moderation, particularly through the Talk2Grab initiative. Prior experience includes roles at BIGO, focusing on large-scale audio retrieval and content moderation, and at DSO National Laboratories, where speech enhancement and automatic speech recognition were key areas of focus.
