Dom Farnan is an experienced entrepreneur and leader with a focus on talent development and organizational growth. As the Founder of DotConnect since August 2011, Dom specializes in full cycle, cross-functional hiring and talent advisory services. Currently serving as Chief of Staff for AlterCall, Dom partners with CEO Ryan Blair to drive strategic initiatives and oversee People Ops strategies. Additionally, Dom offers transformational leadership training through Dose of Dom Coaching + Mentorship and plays multiple roles as an Advisor, Investor, and Founding Partner at SORCE, a holistic ecosystem for organizational revitalization. As the Founder of DoseConnect, Dom concentrates on psychedelic therapeutics and scaling companies in that space, while actively contributing to membership communities such as Tomorrow and Hampton. Dom's academic background includes a Master's degree in Consciousness in Action from Southwestern College, along with various leadership and business-focused programs from institutions like the altMBA and UCLA Anderson School of Management.
