Eric Hargan

Eric Hargan is currently an Advisory Board Member at Tomorrow Health. Eric has held this position since October 2021. Prior to that, they were an Adjunct Professor at Vanderbilt University from October 2021 to January 2022. In this role, they oversaw the development and approval of all FDA, CMS and HHS regulations and significant guidances. Eric also oversaw all operations of the Department.

Hargan has also served as the Deputy Secretary of Health and Human Services from October 2017 to January 2021. In this role, they were the Chief Operating Officer of the largest department in the Federal government and the Chief Regulatory Officer of the Department, overseeing all HHS, CMS and FDA regulations.

Eric Hargan received a B.A. cum laude in Philosophy from Harvard University and a J.D. with a Certificate in International Law from Columbia Law School.
