Effie Arditi

Effie has over 20 years of experience in building large scale B2B and B2C products and leading large groups. Prior to ClimaCell Effie was a Director of Engineering at Boston Consulting Group, Digital Ventures working with Fortune 2000 companies on innovation, strategy and technology. Effie was also the Director of R&D at Essence, one of the largest brands in Europe for home automation and security, leading its software division and building its first foothold in the consumer market globally. Together with his corporate background, Effie brings meaningful entrepreneurial experience, founding three companies in the in B2B SaaS, B2C and FinTech spaces. Effie is passionate about building scalable teams that can grow fast and run in harmony.
