Anne Jakobi

Anne Jakobi began their work experience in 2016 as a Project Management Assistant at Viva con Agua Arts. In 2017, they completed internships in HR Talentmanagement at Die Techniker and in HR & Organisation Development at CONTRACT KG Germany. In 2018, they worked as a Studentische Hilfskraft at Leuphana Universität Lüneburg. From 2019 to 2021, they served as a Junior Managerin People & Culture at wasserneutral GmbH. Currently, they work as a Talent Acquisition Managerin at Tomorrow, starting in May 2021.

Anne Jakobi has a diverse education history. Anne obtained their Master's degree in Human Resources from Leuphana University of Lüneburg, where they studied from 2017 to 2019. Following this, they pursued a Systemische Beraterausbildung für Junior-Professionals (Systemic Consultant Training for Junior Professionals) at isb GmbH Systemische Professionalität from 2019 to 2020.

In 2018, Anne attended San Jose State University, where they participated in the Global Leadership Laboratory (GLLab) program, although it is not specified if they obtained a degree during this time. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Lehr-, Lern- und Trainingspsychologie (Teaching, Learning, and Training Psychology) from Universität Erfurt, where they studied from 2013 to 2017.

In addition to their academic pursuits, Anne has obtained additional certifications. In June 2021, they completed the Active Sourcing Modul 1 - Talente finden, gewinnen und halten (Active Sourcing Module 1 - Finding, Attracting, and Retaining Talent) from Die Grüne 3 GmbH. Anne also became a Predictive Index Practitioner in May 2021 through the Personaldiagnostik.Stracke GmbH & The Predictive Index.
