Michael Schweikart

Michael Schweikart has a variety of work experience, starting in 2009 as a Senior Consultant at Concentro Management AG. Michael then became a Co-Founder of smartApps UG and a Freelance Management Consultant in 2014. In 2015, they took on the role of Chief Financial Officer at InStaff & Jobs GmbH. In 2016, they co-founded jobs4refugees and in 2017, they co-founded and became the Co-CEO of Tomorrow.

Michael Schweikart attended FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg from 2002 to 2008 and obtained a Diploma in Industrial Engineering. In 2007, they briefly studied at Lund University, focusing on Business and Economics. In 2011, Michael went on to the Georg-Simon-Ohm Management Institute, where they completed a program and became a Certified Restructuring Manager in 2012.
