Currently serving as the Head of Marketing at TOMORROW WOMAN and TOMORROW MAN since 2020 and 2017, respectively, Amity Hudson has demonstrated strong leadership in marketing strategies. In parallel, Amity Hudson holds the role of Head of Marketing at Tomorrow Architects, starting in 2020. Previous roles include Head of Human Growth at Hudson House from 2012 to 2016 and various positions at Barclays Wealth between 2004 and 2012, including Intranet Manager and Business Analyst in Marketing and Communications. Amity Hudson began a career in the consulting space at AXA from 2000 to 2004 as a Senior Support Analyst and Consultant.

Tomorrow Woman
The world is changing; women are rising, and although some women feel more empowered than ever, we still have a way to go. Tomorrow Woman is a social enterprise that runs workshops to reconnect women with their authentic voice. Through immersive experiential workshops delivered in schools, amateur and elite sporting environments, workplaces and communities, we aim to empower women around Australia. The impossible-to-achieve ideals women have struggled to live up to for decades are now amplified by our wired and overly connected world. With traditional gender values like beauty and compliance, so deeply entrenched in mainstream culture, following the beat of your own drum can be hard. Amidst a barrage of confusing messages coming from all angles, depression, anxiety, negative body image and low self-esteem are on the rise in women. All women are born with a voice, a confident and outspoken voice that is not afraid to be heard. But the research tells us is that around adolescence this voice is lost. Girls become less likely to share their opinions and can lose their sense of self. In a time where the definition of ‘woman’ is expanding and evolving, Tomorrow Woman creates spaces free from judgment for women to rise above the noise and see their true selves. We explore tricky topics in a relatable way and get to the heart of issues that women are facing every day - unpacking things like gender stereotypes, internal and external pressures and pop culture topics like pornography, social media, beauty expectations, relationships and self-talk. In this changing landscape, we ask the question “Who is the woman I want to be tomorrow?”
