Dean Baker is an experienced logistics professional currently serving as a Partner at Tompkins Ventures since December 2021 and as President of CTS Logistics Solutions since August 2021. CTS Logistics Solutions specializes in providing comprehensive supply chain services, including dry van, flatbed, reefer, expedited shipping, LTL, warehousing, ocean freight, automation, and robotics. Prior to these roles, Dean Baker held positions at Western Express from August 2018 to August 2021 as Director of Special Projects and Vice President of Logistics. From March 2003 to February 2018, Dean Baker worked at Southeastern Freight Lines as Regional Vice President of Sales and Regional Director of Sales, focusing on customer satisfaction and sales leadership in Texas, Oklahoma, and Louisiana.
