Victor Watts is an accomplished executive coach and business leader with extensive experience in organizational development and leadership training. Currently serving as a Vistage Chair and Executive Coach at Vistage Worldwide, Inc. since March 2020, Victor facilitates peer advisory boards and individualized coaching for business leaders. As the founder and owner of SmartCore Business Solutions, LLC, since January 2008, Victor focuses on developing leadership capabilities through coaching and mentoring. Victor is also a partner at Tompkins Ventures, addressing challenges to organizational growth, and has previously held significant leadership roles, including CEO of New Centurion Solutions, Inc., and Senior Vice President at Monster/TMP Advertising and Communications Worldwide, Inc. Victor holds a Bachelor’s degree in History and Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an MBA from Regis University.
