Vinicius Guardia Serrano

Vinicius Guardia Serrano is the Founder & CEO of TELOSTOT, a company that specializes in business modeling and value creation. Vinicius is also the Vice President for Latin America at Tompkins Ventures, and the Co-Founder of AVESO, a technology-based ecosystem for integrated value chain solutions. Additionally, Vinicius serves as the Forum Director at YPO, a global leadership community. Prior to their current roles, Vinicius held executive positions at companies like Cesbe S.A., Aker Solutions, Schlumberger, Embraer, GKN Aerospace, and Danka Office Imaging. Vinicius is currently pursuing a Ph.D. from Cranfield University and holds degrees in logistics, supply chain management, operations, and international business.
