Joseph Bracewell

Joseph Bracewell is an experienced associate specializing in intellectual property law, currently with Tompkins Wake since November 2021. Prior to this role, Joseph served as an associate at AJ Park and Baldwins Intellectual Property, focusing on copyright and brand protection. With a background as a legal assistant at Recorded Music New Zealand, Joseph managed projects related to copyright education and licensing, and conducted research on international copyright law. Joseph holds a Registered Patent Attorney Qualification from the New Zealand Institute of Patent Attorneys and a dual degree in Law and Commerce from The University of Auckland.
