Mark Lowndes

Mark Lowndes is an accomplished legal and business professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Special Counsel at Tompkins Wake since September 2020, Mark also holds key positions as Director at Enova Property Investments Limited and Oxbow Holdings Limited, both since 2002. With a long-standing commitment to the Multilaw organization, Mark has held multiple senior leadership roles since 2002, including Global Chair, contributing to its recognition as an elite global network of law firms. Mark is also a longstanding member of the Entrepreneurs' Organization and serves as Honorary Consul of the Republic of Mauritius to New Zealand. Previously, Mark founded and led innovative law firms such as Lowndes and Lowndes Jordan, and has provided strategic guidance as Chairman of the Advisory Board at Madison Recruitment. Mark holds an LL.B. (Hons) and a B.Com. from The University of Auckland, completed in 1980.
