Harald Henriksen

Harald Henriksen has extensive work experience in various leadership roles within the TOMRA organization. Harald started their career at Kongsberg Defence Communications in 1986 and served as VP for nearly two decades. In 2004, they joined Tomra Systems ASA as Senior VP Technology, where they played a crucial role until 2011. From 2011 to 2016, Harald served as President and CEO of Tomra North America, Inc. Harald then moved on to become the EVP and Head of TOMRA Collection from 2016 to 2023. Currently, Harald holds the position of EVP and Head of TOMRA Food, a role they assumed in 2023.

Harald Henriksen completed an Executive Management Program at AFF Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) from 2002 to 2003. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree with honors in Electronics from The University of Salford from 1982 to 1985. Harald also attended Nøtterøy Videregående from 1979 to 1982, although they did not earn any specific degree or field of study at that time.
