Viktor Ertbjerg Rasmussen

Viktor Ertbjerg Rasmussen is an experienced finance executive with a robust career spanning multiple industries. Currently serving as Group CFO at Toms Group A/S since October 2025, Viktor previously held the role of Vice President Finance at Bavarian Nordic from November 2021 to October 2025, where leadership of a team of approximately 40 finance professionals was exercised, overseeing finance functions including controlling, planning, and ESG reporting. Prior to that, Viktor was VP Head of FP&A at NKT Cables Group, leading financial planning and analysis initiatives. Significant experience includes senior leadership positions at A.P. Moller - Maersk and Maersk Oil, focusing on finance transformation, performance management, and major ERP implementations. Viktor holds a Cand Oecon degree in Finance and Accounting from Aarhus University.
