Yesmin Menendez started their work experience in 2013 as a Customer Service Representative at Aon Hewitt. In 2015, they joined JoinaJoin as a Marketing Intern. Later that year, they moved to Colgate-Palmolive as a Retail Marketing Intern. From 2016 to 2017, Yesmin worked at Colgate-Palmolive as a Shopper Development Specialist and then as a Retail Marketing Specialist. Currently, they are working at Tom's of Maine as an Associate Business Development Manager starting from October 2021.
Yesmin Menendez completed their education at various institutions. From 2011 to 2015, they attended Universidad de Puerto Rico, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus in Marketing. In 2013 and 2014, they also studied Marketing at Universidad de Salamanca, although it is not specified if they earned a degree from this institution. Prior to their university education, Yesmin Menendez attended Academia Maria Reina from 2005 to 2011, where they obtained their High School Diploma. Additionally, in October 2022, they obtained a certification called "AI Aware | Analytics Literacy" from Colgate-Palmolive.

Tom's of Maine creates effective personal care products using simple, natural ingredients derived from plants and minerals. Tom's of Maine products—toothpaste, mouthwash, floss, deodorant, and soap—do not contain artificial sweeteners, preservatives, colors, flavors, or animal ingredients; are tested for safety and efficacy without theuse of animals; are biodegradable; and are packaged in earth-friendly ways. Guided by a philosophy of “Natural Care” they donate 10% of profits to charitable organizations; encourage employees to use 5% of their paid time in volunteer work; adhere to standards of natural, sustainable, and responsible; and do not test on animals
