Ron Kirby

Ron Kirby is a Class III Police Officer at Toms River Police Department since September 2018. Prior to this, Ron worked at the New Jersey State Police from August 1987 to May 2017, where Ron held the titles of Captain in both the Communications Bureau and Marine Services Bureau. Ron obtained a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice/Police Science from Old Dominion University from 1981 to 1985.
