Dan Doyle

Dan Doyle's work experience includes being the Director of Technology at Tom's Watch Bar since December 2019, where they were responsible for handling technical aspects of new location builds. Due to the Covid pandemic, new openings were delayed, and during this time, Dan conducted research on POS and infrastructure options to meet operators' requirements. Prior to this, Dan worked as the IT Manager at Applejack Wine & Spirits from July 2018 to December 2021, where they updated the network infrastructure, converted POS to a new platform, and played a key role in using technology to support the business. Additionally, Dan worked as a Technology Special Projects professional at Smashburger from November 2015 to July 2019 and as an Information Technology And Services Professional at Geronimo Partners from June 2004 to May 2008.

Dan Doyle attended Lake Weir High School from 1982 to 1984, where they received a Diploma in College/University Preparatory and Advanced High School/Secondary Diploma Program. Dan later went on to study at the University of Colorado Boulder from 1991 to 1994, earning a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree with a major in Mathematics.
