Brenda Cortez

Brenda Cortez has a diverse work experience in various roles related to sales operations and customer service. Brenda began their career at TOMS in 2010 as a Wholesale Operations Coordinator, where they managed national and specialty wholesale accounts, implemented a new global ERP system, and handled customer requests. In 2017, they progressed to the role of Sales Operations Specialist, responsible for analyzing and communicating wholesale reporting to different departments and driving profitability across various wholesale businesses. Brenda also supervised a team of B2B customer service representatives and collaborated with cross-functional teams to improve business processes. Prior to TOMS, Brenda worked at Woo as an Operations Manager, overseeing daily operations for wholesale accounts and managing ecommerce orders.
