Brian Zelner

Brian Zelner is currently the VP of Logistics, Distribution & Integrated Planning at TOMS. Brian has over 8 years of management consulting experience, spanning industries and verticals including pharma / biotech, media and entertainment, utilities and IT services.

Brian began their career as a Sr Operations Analyst at Pinnacle Entertainment - L'Auberge du Lac, where they were responsible for leading projects and managing multiple associates, providing coaching and formal training. Brian then became a Case Team Leader at Bain & Company, developing and implementing plans to address strategic, operational, and organizational issues. Brian was also responsible for new business development via proposal support and research.

During their time at Bain & Company, they worked on projects including performance improvement (utility), operating model (pharma / biotech), organizational design (pharma / biotech), customer segmentation, churn and retention strategy (IT services), media and consumer products growth strategy (media & entertainment), and results delivery / program management (pharma / biotech).
