Catherine Karsten

Catherine Karsten has extensive experience in logistics, sales, and operations, currently serving as the Logistic, Sales and Operations Manager at TOMS since April 2014, where Catherine has also held roles as Wholesale Operations Manager and Customer Service Manager. Prior to TOMS, Catherine worked at adidas group from October 2007 to March 2014 in various capacities, including Sales Order Management Specialist and Senior Purchaser Footwear EMEA. Earlier experience includes a role as Logistics Coordinator at Polar Electro Europe BV and Demand Planning Analyst positions at adidas and Hema. Catherine holds a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management Science from the University of Groningen, obtained in 2002.
