Kristen Holland

Kristen Holland is an accomplished professional in ecommerce and digital marketing, currently serving as the Senior Director of Site Merchandising, Content & Customer Experience at TOMS since September 2020. Prior roles include Director of eComm Site Merchandising at TOMS, Senior Director of Digital Marketing & Ecommerce at Totes Isotoner from February 2018 to September 2020, and Vice President of Ecommerce at The Walking Company Holdings, INC from August 2016 to February 2018. Kristen's tenure at The Walking Company also includes a position as Director of Ecommerce from 2006 to 2016, along with experience as a Product Manager at Road Runner Sports from 1995 to 2006 and Business Manager at Holland and Holland Associates from 1997 to 2003. Additionally, Kristen has passionately contributed to training young basketball officials and fostering leadership in athletes across various recreational leagues in San Diego County. Kristen holds a Bachelor's degree in Sports Marketing & Management from Indiana University Bloomington, earned from 1988 to 1992.
