Melissa Thadani is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and organizational development. Currently serving as Director of People & Org Development at TOMS since August 2016, Melissa has progressed through various roles within the company, including Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition & Employee Wellness and Recruiting Manager. Prior to TOMS, experience includes positions as Senior Technical Recruiter at Vaco and Outsource Technical. Earlier career stages involved technical recruiting at Odesus, Inc. and TEKsystems, as well as social work and quality improvement roles at Penny Lane Centers, and behavior specialist work at Creative Health Services. Melissa holds an MS in Clinical Psychology from Millersville University of Pennsylvania and a BA in Psychology from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania.
