Attila Lengyel

Attila Lengyel is an Applied Scientist at TomTom since January 2024, with prior experience as a Research Intern at Google and an intern at Polytential, where a proof of concept for automatic color analysis in plastic recycling was developed. Previous roles include Student Researcher at Priva, focusing on localization for greenhouse automation, and intern at Thales, where person detection and object localization proofs of concept were created. Attila founded Bloo Webdesign & ICT, providing Drupal web development and training services. Attila Lengyel holds a PhD in Computer Vision from Delft University of Technology, along with an MSc in Electrical Engineering and a BSc in Electrical Engineering from the same institution, complemented by visiting researcher positions at the University of Adelaide and Queensland University of Technology, as well as an exchange semester at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology.
