Christine Scheel has over 15 years of experience in service management, product ownership, and business analysis within the technology and logistics sectors. Currently serving as the Manager of Service Management at TomTom since June 2010, Christine ensures high service levels for over 15 automotive B2B customers. Previous roles include Software Development Manager and Senior Product Owner, overseeing software development teams and agile project management. Prior to TomTom, Christine held positions at Zetes, VoCognition, Solidium, Lucent Technologies, and various research institutions, including CERN and NIKHEF, focusing on voice-recognition applications and complex data analysis. Christine holds a Ph.D. in Experimental Particle Physics from the University of Amsterdam and a B.S. in Engineering Physics from Cornell University.
