Tom Matulaniec

Tom Matulaniec first started working at TOMZ at the age of 8, when he began helping his father, TOMZ founder Zbigniew Matulaniec, around the shop. Since then, he has worked in nearly every department at TOMZ, from maintenance to finishing to machining to purchasing to sales, eventually becoming Vice President and now President and Owner.

Matulaniec’s focus on modernizing the company, developing its social and digital presence, and supporting the rise of a new generation of machinists is driven by his vision for TOMZ as a leader in medical manufacturing for global OEMs. He received his Bachelor’s in Sociology from the University of Connecticut.
