Natalie Higgins

Natalie (Schorn) Higgins has a diverse range of work experience. Natalie (Schorn) currently serves as the Director of People at Tonal, where they provide strategic HR advice and acts as a business partner to various departments. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Strategic People Partner at Tonal and was responsible for advising and partnering with the Commerce Org and other operational areas.

Before joining Tonal, Natalie was an HR Leader at StartupExperts, where they formed connections with professionals in HR, finance, and operations and supported them in overcoming business challenges. Natalie (Schorn) also worked as a PeopleOps Lead at Trusted Health, contributing to the mission of improving access to care by optimizing the healthcare workforce.

Natalie's experience also includes a role as Program Manager at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where they managed the execution of leadership and management training programs across different regions. Natalie (Schorn) has also worked in talent management at 24 Seven LLC and as a recruiter at the Texas Heritage Group - Family Heritage Life Insurance Company of America. Additionally, they served as a Licensed Agent and Sales Producer at Allstate and gained experience in account services and public relations as an intern at IF marketing & advertising.

Natalie (Schorn) Higgins obtained a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations and Business Administration from Texas State University, where they studied from 2006 to 2010. Natalie (Schorn) completed their secondary education at Georgetown High School. Natalie also holds a certification as a Certified PLA Graduate from the People Leader Accelerator, which they obtained in 2023.
