Sudarshan NM

Sudarshan NM has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Sudarshan started their career as a Sr. Contract Engineer at Gas Turbine Research Establishment, DRDO, where they provided technical coordination and support to manufacturing teams. Sudarshan then worked as a Trainee at Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd. In 2002, they joined Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd. again as an Associate Manager in the DCPM design team, leading a team of designers and delivering tool design projects. From 2007 to 2016, Sudarshan worked at Tata Elxsi as a Manager-Design, where they managed delivery teams, supported global R&D projects, and led innovation projects in engineering design. Currently, Sudarshan is the Head of Mechanical Engineering at Tonbo Imaging, where they lead and mentors the Mech team in designing and deploying advanced imaging and sensor systems for defense, security, and transportation safety applications.

Sudarshan NM began their education in 1994 at MVIT, Bangalore University, where they completed a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Mechanical Engineering in 1998. Following this, from 2001 to 2002, Sudarshan pursued a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) in Tool Engineering at NTTF. Continuing their education, in 2021 Sudarshan enrolled in the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, where they completed a program in Executive General Management, specializing in Business Administration and Management in 2022.
